インフラ構造物のアセットマネジメントとは，インフラの価値をライフサイクル全体で最大化するための計画的な管理手法です．しかし，インフラの多様化や複雑化，老朽化や劣化，予算や人材の制約など，様々な課題に直面しています．本グループでは，ICTやAI，データプラットフォーム技術の開発・活用により，インフラ構造物のアセットマネジメントを高度化し，インフラの状態や劣化を正確に把握し，最適な修繕や更新のタイミングや方法を決定する研究を行っています．

Infrastructure asset management is a planned management approach to maximise the value of infrastructure throughout its lifecycle. However, it faces a number of challenges, including the diversity and complexity of infrastructure, ageing and deterioration, and budget and human resource constraints. In this group, we are conducting research to enhance infrastructure asset management through the development and use of ICT, AI and data platform technologies to accurately assess the condition and deterioration of infrastructure and determine the optimal timing and method of repair and renewal.
